●  EDA9033A module is an intelligent three-phase electric parameter data comprehensive acquisition module.The three-meter method is used to accurately measure the three-phase current, three-phase voltage (true RMS), active power, reactive power, power factor, active power and other electrical parameters in three-phase three-wire or three-phase four-wire AC circuits。

● Its input is three-phase voltage (0 ~ 500V), three-phase current (0 ~ 1000A);The output is a digital signal with an RS-485 or RS-232 interface,Three communication protocols are supported: ASCII, hexadecimal LC-01, and MODBUS-RTU,The three protocols can be identified and used simultaneously,No configuration required。

 The EDA9033A module can be widely used in various industrial control and measurement systems and various distributed/distributed power monitoring systems。

 

 EDA9033A module is a cost-effective intelligent electrical parameter transmitter,It can replace the past current, voltage, power, power factor, electricity and other transmitters and measure the standard output signal of these transmitters in the module,It can greatly reduce the system cost, Convenient field wiring,Improve system reliability。It can be hung on the same 485 bus with other manufacturers' control modules, and it is easy to program the computer, so that you can easily build your own measurement and control system。Using electromagnetic isolation and photoelectric isolation technology, voltage input, current input and output are completely isolated。

Main function

 

● Input signal

Three-phase AC 50/60Hz voltage and current。Input frequency: 45 ~ 75Hz。

Voltage range (phase voltage) : 60V, 100V, 250V, 300V, 400V, 500V optional。

Current range: 1A, 2A, 5A, 20A, (50A, 100A, 200A, 500A, 1000A), etc。

Signal processing: 16-bit A/D conversion, 6 channels, each channel is synchronized AC sampling at 4KHz rate, true RMS measurement;

Data update: The module real-time data update cycle can be set (40mS ~ 1000mS, each step is 10mS);This function can be configured through the configuration interface of MODBUS-RTU protocol in our "E-series Product Test Software";The default update interval is 250ms。

Overload capacity: 1.4倍量程输入可正确测量;瞬间(<10周波)电流5倍,电压3倍量程不损坏。

● Communication output

Output data: three-phase voltage Ua, Ub, Uc;Three-phase current Ia, Ib, Ic;Active power P, reactive power Q, power factor PF, active power Pa, Pb, Pc of each phase;Positive and negative active power and other electric parameters。

Output interface: RS-485 two-wire system ±15KV ESD protection, or RS-232, three-wire system ±2KV ESD protection。

Communication rate (Bps) : 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19.2K;

Communication protocols: ASCII format protocol, hexadecimal LC-01 protocol, MODBUS-RTU protocol, the three protocols can be identified and used at the same time, no configuration is required。

● Parameter setting

Module address, communication rate can be set through the communication interface;The active power base number can be cleared to 0 through the communication interface。

● Module power supply    +5V±5%, +8 ~ 30V, AC220 (100) V can be selected      

功耗:〈0.5W+5V power supply, the consumption current is less than 70mA, the input ripple should be less than 100mV, and the input voltage is 5V±5%。+8 ~ 30V power supply, the current consumption is less than 70mA, the maximum input voltage must not exceed +32V。Ac power supply (50HZ), input voltage is AC85 ~ 265V 。
